iti haṭhapradīpikāyāṃ prathamopadeśaḥ ।
Iti - so (iti, iti) Haṭha-pradīpikāyāṁ - in the light (of) Hatha (-Yoga) Prathama - (the) first (Prathama) Upadeśaḥ - Documentation (Upadesha)

Thus is the first chapter (teachings) of the Hatha Pradipika.
