न वेषधारणं सिद्धेः कारणं न च तत्कथा । क्रियैव कारणं सिद्धेः सत्यं एतन्न संशयः ॥ १.६९ ॥

na veṣadhāraṇaṃ siddheḥ kāraṇaṃ na ca tatkathā । kriyaiva kāraṇaṃ siddheḥ satyaṃ etanna saṃśayaḥ ॥ 1.69 ॥

Success cannot be attained by adopting a particular clothing style (Vesa). It cannot be gained by telling stories. Practice alone is the only cause of success. This is true, there is no doubt about it.
