तथैकास्मिन्नेव दृढे सिद्धे सिद्धासने सति । बन्धत्रयं अनायासात्स्वयं एवोपजायते ॥ १.४४ ॥ |
tathaikāsminneva dṛḍhe siddhe siddhāsane sati । bandhatrayaṃ anāyāsātsvayaṃ evopajāyate ॥ 1.44 ॥ |
| Tathā - likewise;
Ekasmin - alone;
Eva - truly, whole;
Dridhé - firm, determined, hard;
Siddhe - perfected, practiced;
Siddhāsane - Siddhasana;
Sati - is;
Bandha - closed, stopped or Bandhas;
Trayam - Trinity, all three;
An-āyāsāt - without exertion, without fatigue;
Svayam - oneself, automatically;
Eva - truly, quite;
Upajāyate - happen. |
After acquiring perfection in the Siddhasana, all three bandhas happen without exertion, automatically. |
