इति नादानुसन्धानं
सर्वे हठलयोपाया राजयोगस्य सिद्धये ।
राजयोगसमारूढः पुरुषः कालवञ्चकः ॥ ४.१०३ ॥ |
iti nādānusandhānaṃ
sarve haṭhalayopāyā rājayogasya siddhaye ।
rājayogasamārūḍhaḥ puruṣaḥ kālavañcakaḥ ॥ 4.103 ॥ |
Iti: thus (ending the statement, Iti)
Nāda-anusandhānam: (concerning the) orientation (of the mind to the unquenched) sound (Nada Anusandhana)
Sarve: all (Sarva)
Haṭha: (the) Hatha (yoga)
Laya: (and the) resolution, (spiritual) absorption (laya)
Upāyāḥ: means, methods (Upaya)
Rāja-yogasya *: of royal yoga (Raja yoga)
Siddhaye: (serve the) success, success (Siddhi)
Rāja-yoga: (the state of) royal yoga (Rajayoga)
Samārūḥhaḥ: (the) reaches ("climbed") (Samarudha)
Puruḥaḥ: (a) human (purusha)
Kāla: (the) death ("time", Kala)
Vañcakaḥ: outdated ("is a deceiver", Vanchaka) || 103 ||

All the methods of Hatha are meant for gaining success in Raja Yoga, for one well-established in Raja Yoga overcomes Death.
