श्रवणपुटनयनयुगल घ्राणमुखानां निरोधनं कार्यम् । शुद्धसुषुम्णासरणौ स्फुटं अमलः श्रूयते नादः ॥ ४.६८ ॥

śravaṇapuṭanayanayugala ghrāṇamukhānāṃ nirodhanaṃ kāryam । śuddhasuṣumṇāsaraṇau sphuṭaṃ amalaḥ śrūyate nādaḥ ॥ 4.68 ॥

The ears, the eyes, the nose, and the mouth should be closed, and then the clear sound is heard in the passage of the Sushumnâ which has been cleansed of all its impurities.
