इयं तु मध्यमा नाडी दृढाभ्यासेन योगिनाम् ।
आसनप्राणसंयाममुद्राभिः सरला भवेत् ॥ ३.१२४ ॥ |
iyaṃ tu madhyamā nāḍī dṛḍhābhyāsena yoginām ।
āsanaprāṇasaṃyāmamudrābhiḥ saralā bhavet ॥ 3.124 ॥

Tu: but (Tu)
Madhyamā: middle (Madhyama)
Nāḍī: (fine) channel (Nadi, i.e. the Sushumna)
Dṛḍha: (through) intense, unyielding (dridha)
Abhyāsena: practicing (Abhyasa)
Yoginām: the yogis
Āsana: (through) body (asana)
Prāṇa-saṁyāma: control (samyama) of life energy Prana (i.e., Pranayama)
Mudrābhiḥ: (and) seal (mudra)
Saralā: straight (Sarala)
Bhavet: becomes (bhū) || 124 ||

This middle Nâdî becomes straight by the yogî's steady practice of postures, Prânâyâma, and mudrâs.
