द्वासप्ततिसहस्राणां नाडीनां मलशोधने । कुतः प्रक्षालनोपायः कुण्डल्यभ्यसनादृते ॥ ३.१२३ ॥ |
dvāsaptatisahasrāṇāṃ nāḍīnāṃ malaśodhane । kutaḥ prakṣālanopāyaḥ kuṇḍalyabhyasanādṛte ॥ 3.123 ॥ |
| Dvā-saptati-sahasrāṁāṁ: the 72,000 (Dvasaptatisahasra)
Nāḍīnāṁ: (fine) channels (Nadi)
Mala: (from) dirt (mala)
Śodhane: (with regard to) purification (Shodhana)
Kutaḥ: where (Kutas)
Prakṣālana: (to) washing (Prakshalana)
Upāyaḥ: (take a different one) Medium (Upaya)
Kuṇḍalī: (of moving the Kundali (ni) (by Shakti Chalana)
Abhyasanāt: the practice (Abhyasana)
Ṛte: apart from ("except", Rite) || 123 || |
There is no other way but through the practice of Kundalîni to wash away impurities from the 72 000 Nâdîs. |
