कुण्डलीं चालयित्वा तु भस्त्रां कुर्याद्विशेषतः ।
एवं अभ्यस्यतो नित्यं यमिनो यमभीः कुतः ॥ ३.१२२ ॥ |
kuṇḍalīṃ cālayitvā tu bhastrāṃ kuryādviśeṣataḥ ।
evaṃ abhyasyato nityaṃ yamino yamabhīḥ kutaḥ ॥ 3.122 ॥ |
Kuṇḍalīṁ: (the) Kundali (ni)
Cālayitvā: after (man) has set in motion (cal)
Tu: but (Tu)
Bhastrāṁ: (the) bellows (Bhastra, i.e., Bhastrika)
Kuryāt: (man) practice ("make", kṛ)
Viśeḥataḥ: especially (Vishesha)
Evam: so, this way (Evam)
Abhyasyataḥ: (the) practiced (Abhyasa)
Nityaṁ: daily ("always", Nitya)
Yaminaḥ: for a restrained (yogi, yamin)
Yama: (before the death god) Yama
Bhīḥ: fear (Bhi)
Kutaḥ: whence (then come, Kutas) || 122 ||

After moving the Kundalî, plenty of Bhastrâ should be performed. By means of such practice one has no fear of the
god of Death.
