तस्मात्संचालयेन्नित्यं सुखसुप्तां अरुन्धतीम् ।
तस्याः संचालनेनैव योगी रोगैः प्रमुच्यते ॥ ३.११९ ॥ |
tasmātsaṃcālayennityaṃ sukhasuptāṃ arundhatīm ।
tasyāḥ saṃcālanenaiva yogī rogaiḥ pramucyate ॥ 3.119 ॥ |
Tasmāt: therefore, therefore (tasmat)
Sañcālayet: (man) should set in motion (sam + cal)
Nityaṁ: daily ("always", Nitya)
Sukha: (the) comfortable (sukha)
Suptām: sleeping (supta)
Arundhatīm: Arundhati (Kundalini)
Tasyāḥ: from her (Tad)
Sañcālanena: by setting in motion (Sanchalana)
Eva: only, alone (Eva)
Yogī: (the) yogi
Rogaiḥ: of diseases (roga)
Pramucyate: freed (pra + muc) || 119 ||

Therefore, this comfortably sleeping Arundhatî (Kundlini) should always be moved, for by so doing the Yogî gets rid of diseases.
