तेन कुण्डलिनी तस्याः सुषुम्णाया मुखं ध्रुवम् । जहाति तस्मात्प्राणोऽयं सुषुम्णां व्रजति स्वतः ॥ ३.११८ ॥

tena kuṇḍalinī tasyāḥ suṣumṇāyā mukhaṃ dhruvam । jahāti tasmātprāṇo'yaṃ suṣumṇāṃ vrajati svataḥ ॥ 3.118 ॥

By means of this the Kundalinî unblocks the entrance to the Sushumnâ at once and the Prâna enters it of its own accord.
