मुहूर्तद्वयपर्यन्तं निर्भयं चालनादसौ ।
ऊर्ध्वं आकृष्यते किंचित्सुषुम्णायां समुद्गता ॥ ३.११७ ॥ |
muhūrtadvayaparyantaṃ nirbhayaṃ cālanādasau ।
ūrdhvaṃ ākṛṣyate kiṃcitsuṣumṇāyāṃ samudgatā ॥ 3.117 ॥ |
Muhūrta: Muhurtas
Dvaya: (from) two ("one pair", Dvaya)
Paryantaṁ *: for the duration ("to the end", Paryanta)
Nir-bhayaṁ: without fear (Nirbhaya)
Cālanāt: due to (moving) (Chalana, the Kundalini)
Asau: she (asau)
Ūrdhvam: upwards, upwards (Urdhva)
Ākṛṣyate: is introduced (ā + kṛṣ)
Kiñ-cid: a little bit, something (Kim Chid)
Suṇumṇāyāṁ: into the Sushumna
Samudgatā: emerged (Samudgata) || 117 ||
