वज्रासने स्थितो योगी चालयित्वा च कुण्डलीम् ।
कुर्यादनन्तरं भस्त्रां कुण्डलीं आशु बोधयेत् ॥ ३.११५ ॥ |
vajrāsane sthito yogī cālayitvā ca kuṇḍalīm ।
kuryādanantaraṃ bhastrāṃ kuṇḍalīṃ āśu bodhayet ॥ 3.115 ॥ |
Vajra-āsane *: in the diamond position (Vajrasana, a variant of Siddhasana)
Sthitaḥ: located (Sthita)
Yogī: (the) yogi
Cālayitvā: after which he set in motion (cal)
Ca: and, but (Cha)
Kuṇḍalīm: (the) Kundali (ni)
Kuryāt: (er) lead out ("mache", kṛ)
Anantaraṁ: (equal) thereafter (Anantara)
Bhastrāṁ: (the) bellows (Bhastra, i.e., Bhastrika)
Kuṇḍalīm: (the) Kundali (ni)
Āśu: fast (Ashu)
Bodhayet: (so) can he awaken (budh) || 115 ||

The yogî, sitting in Vajraâsana, having moved the Kundalî, should perform Bhastrikâ to awaken the Kundalîni.
