अमरीं यः पिबेन्नित्यं नस्यं कुर्वन्दिने दिने ।
वज्रोलीं अभ्यसेत्सम्यक्सामरोलीति कथ्यते ॥ ३.९७ ॥ |
amarīṃ yaḥ pibennityaṃ nasyaṃ kurvandine dine ।
vajrolīṃ abhyasetsamyaksāmarolīti kathyate ॥ 3.97 ॥ |
Amarīṁ *: (his own) urine ("the immortal", Amari)
Yaḥ: who (yad)
Pibet: drink (pā)
Nityaṁ: always (nitya)
Nasyaṁ: (the) inhaling through the nose (nasya)
Kurvan: (and also) executes (kṛ)
Dine dine: daily, day by day (Dina)
Vajrolīm: Vajroli
Abhyaset: (the) practice (subsequently, abhi + as)
Samyak: right, in the right way (Samyak)
Sā: this (practice, Tad)
Amarolī **: Amaroli
Iti: so (iti)
Kathyate: is called (kath) || 97 ||
|

He who drinks Amarî, inhaling it through the nose daily, and who practices Vajrolî, practises Amarolî.
