नारीभगे पदद्बिन्दुं अभ्यासेनोर्ध्वं आहरेत् ।
चलितं च निजं बिन्दुं ऊर्ध्वं आकृष्य रक्षयेत् ॥ ३.८७ ॥ |
nārībhage padadbinduṃ abhyāsenordhvaṃ āharet ।
calitaṃ ca nijaṃ binduṃ ūrdhvaṃ ākṛṣya rakṣayet ॥ 3.87 ॥ |
Nārī: the woman (Nari)
Bhage: into the vagina (Bhaga)
Patat: (to fall) (to be called "falling", pat)
Bindum: seed (bindu)
Abhyāsena: with this practice (Abhyasa, that is, with Vajroli)
Ūrdhvam: upwards, upwards (Urdhva)
Āharet: draw (shortly before it falls, ā + hṛ)
Calitaṁ: (the) poured out ("set in motion," Chalita)
Ca *: and (Cha)
Nijaṁ: (the) own (nija)
Bindum: seeds
Ūrdhvam: upwards, upwards
Ākṛṣya: after which one (him) has been raised (ā + kṛṣ)
Rakṣayet: keep it (rakṣ) || 87 ||

With practice, the bindu is retracted. One can draw back and preserve one's own bindu.
