क्षणाच्च किंचिदधिकं अभ्यसेच्च दिने दिने ।
वलितं पलितं चैव षण्मासोर्ध्वं न दृश्यते ।
याममात्रं तु यो नित्यं अभ्यसेत्स तु कालजित् ॥ ३.८२ ॥ |
kṣaṇācca kiṃcidadhikaṃ abhyasecca dine dine ।
valitaṃ palitaṃ caiva ṣaṇmāsordhvaṃ na dṛśyate ।
yāmamātraṃ tu yo nityaṃ abhyasetsa tu kālajit ॥ 3.82 ॥ |
Kṇaṇāt: as the duration (the previous day, Kshana "moment")

Abhyaset: man practice (abhi + as)

Dine dine: day by day, every day (Dina)

Kāla-jit: defeat (Jit) death ("the time", Kala) || 82 ||

After six months of practice, wrinkles and grey hair will not be seen. One who practises this daily, for as long as two hours, conquers death.
