बन्धत्रयं इदं श्रेष्ठं महासिद्धैश्च सेवितम् । सर्वेषां हठतन्त्राणां साधनं योगिनो विदुः ॥ ३.७६ ॥

bandhatrayaṃ idaṃ śreṣṭhaṃ mahāsiddhaiśca sevitam । sarveṣāṃ haṭhatantrāṇāṃ sādhanaṃ yogino viduḥ ॥ 3.76 ॥

These three Bandhas are the best of all and have been practised by the masters. Of all the means of success in Hatha Yoga, they are known to the yogîs as the chief ones.
