ऋज्वीभूता तथा शक्तिः कुण्डली सहसा भवेत् । तदा सा मरणावस्था जायते द्विपुटाश्रया ॥ ३.१२ ॥ |
ṛjvībhūtā tathā śaktiḥ kuṇḍalī sahasā bhavet । tadā sā maraṇāvasthā jāyate dvipuṭāśrayā ॥ 3.12 ॥ |
| Ṛjvī-bhūtā: straight ("just-become", Riju-Bhuta)
Tathā: (exactly) so, as well (Tatha)
Śaktiḥ: energy, power (Shakti)
Kuṇḍalī: (the) Kundali (ni) ("curdling")
Sahasā: immediately, immediately, suddenly (Sahasa)
Bhavet: will (bhū)
Tadā: then (Tada)
Sā: the (Tad)
Maraṇa: (the) death (Marana)
Avasthā: Condition (Avastha)
Jāyate: arises (jan)
Dvi: (the) two (Dvi)
Puṭa: (fine-energy channels) ("tubes", Puta)
Āśrayā: with respect to, regarding (Ashraya) || 12 || |
The Kundalini will take the now-straight path for the energy, and then the death-like condition arises with respect to the two fine-energy channels. |
