अथ सीत्कारी सीत्कां कुर्यात्तथा वक्त्रे घ्राणेनैव विजृम्भिकाम् । एवं अभ्यासयोगेन कामदेवो द्वितीयकः ॥ २.५४ ॥

atha sītkārī sītkāṃ kuryāttathā vaktre ghrāṇenaiva vijṛmbhikām । evaṃ abhyāsayogena kāmadevo dvitīyakaḥ ॥ 2.54 ॥

Now about Shîtkârî - this is performed by inhaling air with a sound ("siii" - through the mouth) and exhaling through the nostrils. By this practice the yogi becomes similar to the god of passion.
