The Yogi should practice Hatha Yoga in a country (a society) where people follow Dharma (a lifestyle according to the rules of space and time, or good people), where food can be obtained easily and plentifully, in a small hut (in terms of measurement, a room where a bow and arrow can be handled easily), and situated in seclusion, free from fear of stones, fire, water, and disturbances of all kinds.
