अथ वामक्रमकपालभातिः। ईडया पूरयेद्वायुं रेचयेत्पिङ्गलापुनः। पिङ्गलया पूरयित्वा पुनश्चन्द्रेण रेचयेत् ॥५६॥ |
atha vāmakramakapālabhātiḥ। īḍayā pūrayedvāyuṃ recayetpiṅgalāpunaḥ। piṅgalayā pūrayitvā punaścandreṇa recayet ॥56॥ |
VAMA-KRAMA. |
Draw the wind through the left nostril and expel it through the right, and draw it again through the right and expel it through the left. |
