अथ कपालरन्ध्रप्रयोगः। वृद्धाङ्गुष्ठेन दक्षेण मार्जयेद्भालन्ध्रकम्। एवमभ्यासयोगेन कफदोषं निवारयेत् ॥३४॥ |
atha kapālarandhraprayogaḥ। vṛddhāṅguṣṭhena dakṣeṇa mārjayedbhālandhrakam। evamabhyāsayogena kaphadoṣaṃ nivārayet ॥34॥ |
KAPALA –RANDHRA-DHAUTI |
Rub with the thumb of the right hand the depression in the forehead near the bridge of the nose. By the practice of this Yoga, diseases arising from derangements of phlegmatic humours are cured.
