लघुपाकं प्रियं स्निग्धं तथा धातुप्रपोषणम्। मनोऽभिलषितं योग्यं योगी भोजनमाचरेत् ॥२९॥

laghupākaṃ priyaṃ snigdhaṃ tathā dhātuprapoṣaṇam। mano'bhilaṣitaṃ yogyaṃ yogī bhojanamācaret ॥29॥



 

Easily digestible, agreeable and cooling foods which nourish the humours of the body, a Yogi may eat according to his desire.
