अभ्यासाद् बन्धनस्यास्य मरुत्सिद्धिर्भवेद्ध्रुवम्। साधयेद्यत्नतो तर्हि मौनी तु विजितालसः ॥१७॥ |
abhyāsād bandhanasyāsya marutsiddhirbhaveddhruvam। sādhayedyatnato tarhi maunī tu vijitālasaḥ ॥17॥ |
By the practice of it, the Vayu (Prana) is controlled undoubtedly; let one silently practise this, without laziness and with care. |
