| तृतीयोध्यायः,-Tratiyóddhyāya, (Ch.-3, V.-16) |
अथ मूलबन्धस्य फलकथनम्। संसार समुद्रं तर्तुमभिलषति यः पुमान्। विजनेषु गुप्तो भूत्वा मुद्रामेनां समभ्यसेत् ॥१६॥ |
atha mūlabandhasya phalakathanam। saṃsāra samudraṃ tartumabhilaṣati yaḥ pumān। vijaneṣu gupto bhūtvā mudrāmenāṃ samabhyaset ॥16॥ |
The person who desires to cross the ocean of Existence, let him go to a retired place, and practise in secrecy this Mudra. |
