मयाध्यक्षेण प्रकृतिः सूयते सचराचरम् ।हेतुनानेन कौन्तेय जगद्विपरिवर्तते ॥ ९-१०॥

mayādhyakṣeṇa prakṛtiḥ sūyate sacarācaram ।hetunānena kaunteya jagadviparivartate ॥ 9-10॥

मया mayā =  by me, with me.;

अध्यक्षेण adhyakṣeṇa =   as overseer, as inspector, as eye witness.;

प्रकृतिः prakṛtiḥ  =   material nature.;

सूयते sūyate =   it produces, it impels, it creates.;

सचराचरम् sacarācaram =   both the animate(cara) and inanimate (acara), both the moving and the unmoving;

हेतुना  hetuná   = by cause, from cause, by reason, from reason;

अनेन anéna  = by this, from this, with this;

कौन्तेय kauntéja   = Son of KuntI, epithet of Ardžuna;

जगद džagad  = world, universe;

विपरिवर्तते viparivartaté   = it revolves, it exists.
