saṃyuktasamavāyādagnervaiśeṣikam || 10.2.7 ||

saṃyukta-samavāyāt—through combination in the conjunct; agneḥ—of fire; vaiśeṣikaṃ—distinctive attribute.

Verse: The distinctive attribute of Fire, (i.e., heat), (becomes an efficient cause), through combination in the conjunct.
