हरिः । ओमित्येतदक्षरमिद्ँ सर्वं तस्योपव्याख्यानं भूतं भवद्भविष्यदिति सर्वमोङ्कार एव। यच्चान्यत्त्रिकालातीतं तदप्योङ्कार एव ।। 1.1.1 ।। |
hariḥ । omityetadakṣaramidm̐ sarvaṃ tasyopavyākhyānaṃ bhūtaṃ bhavadbhaviṣyaditi sarvamoṅkāra eva। yaccānyattrikālātītaṃ tadapyoṅkāra eva ।। 1.1.1 ।। |
This sound, “Om,” is all this. A supplementary explanation of that is, “the has been, being, and the to be.” Indeed, all is the sacred syllable, “Om.” And that which is the other gone beyond the three times; even that one, indeed is the sacred syllable, “Om.”
