aśabdamasparśamarūpamavyayaṃ tathā'rasaṃ nityamagandhavacca yat । anādyanantaṃ mahataḥ paraṃ dhruvaṃ nicāyya tanmṛtyumukhāt pramucyate ॥ 15॥

Nicāyya = realising, tam = that (Self) that is: aśabdam = non-sound, soundless; asparśam = touchless, arūpam = formless; avyayam = undiminishing, undecaying and therefore eternal; tathā = and also; arasaṁ = tasteless; nityam = eternal; agandhavat = odourless; ca yat = and which anādi = beginningless; anantam = endless; mahataḥ paraṁ = higher than the principle of intelligence; dhruvaṁ = stable, constant; pramucyate = one is liberated; = from the mouth of death.

Having realised Atman, which is soundless, intangible, formless, undecaying and likewise tasteless, eternal and odourless; having realised That which is without beginning and end, beyond the Great and unchanging−one is freed from the jaws of death.
