dhautirbastistathā netistrāṭakaṃ naulikaṃ tathā । kapālabhātiścaitāni ṣaṭkarmāṇi pracakṣate ॥ 2.22 ॥ |
Dhautiḥ - to wash
Vastiḥ - enema (bladder)
Tathā - and, likewise
Netiḥ - cleansing of nose
Trātakaṁ - gazing
Naulikaṁ - Circulatory motion of abdominal muscles
Tathā - and, likewise
Kapāla-bhātiḥ - Kapalabhati, the shining of the skull
Ca - and
Étāni - these
Ṣath - six
Karmāṇi - actions
Pracakṣaté - are called || 22 ||
|

The six kinds of detoxifications are: Dhauti, Basti, Néti, Trátaka, Nauli and Kapála-Bháti.
