महामुद्रा महाबन्धो महावेधश्च खेचरी । उड्डीयानं मूलबन्धश्च बन्धो जालन्धराभिधः ॥ ३.६ ॥ |
mahāmudrā mahābandho mahāvedhaśca khecarī । uḍḍīyānaṃ mūlabandhaśca bandho jālandharābhidhaḥ ॥ 3.6 ॥ |

Mahā-bandhaḥ: the big lock;
Mahā-vedhaḥ: the great breakthrough;
Ca: and;
Khecarī: walking in the airspace;
Uḍḍīyānaṁ: the letting;
Mūla-bandhaḥ: root closure or lock;
Ca: and;
Bandhaḥ: closure or lock;
Jālan-dhara: the holding the net;
Abhidhaḥ: with the name || 6 || |
