अथ मूर्च्छा
पूरकान्ते गाढतरं बद्ध्वा जालन्धरं शनैः । रेचयेन्मूर्च्छाख्येयं मनोमूर्च्छा सुखप्रदा ॥ २.६९ ॥ |

pūrakānte gāḍhataraṃ baddhvā jālandharaṃ śanaiḥ । recayenmūrcchākhyeyaṃ manomūrcchā sukhapradā ॥ 2.69 ॥ |

Close the passages by performing Jâlandhars Bandha firmly at the end of Pûraka slowly expel the air - this is called
Mûrchhâ Kumbhaka. Its practice causes the mind to swoon and gives one a sense of comfort.
