सम्यग्गात्रसमुद्भूतग्रन्थित्रयविभेदकम् । विशेषेणैव कर्तव्यं भस्त्राख्यं कुम्भकं त्विदम् ॥ २.६७ ॥

samyag-gātra-samudbhūta-granthi-traya-vibhedakam । viśeṣeṇaiva kartavyaṃ bhastrākhyaṃ kumbhakaṃ tvidam ॥ 2.67 ॥

Bhastra Kumbhaka is known for having the power to enter into all three glands (nodes) located in Sushumna in the body (Brahma granthi in the chest, Vishnu granthi in the throat, and Rudra granthi between the eyebrows). Therefore, it should be specially practiced.
