पूरकान्ते तु कर्तव्यो बन्धो जालन्धराभिधः । कुम्भकान्ते रेचकादौ कर्तव्यस्तूड्डियानकः ॥ २.४५ ॥ |
pūrakānte tu kartavyo bandho jālandharābhidhaḥ । kumbhakānte recakādau kartavyastūḍḍiyānakaḥ ॥ 2.45 ॥ |

At the end of Pûraka, Jâlandhara Bandha should be performed, and at the end of Kumbhaka and the beginning of Rechaka, Uddiyâna Bandha should be performed. |
