अथ शीत्क्रमकपालभातिः। शीत्कृत्य पीत्वा वक्त्रेण नासानालैर्विरेचयेत्। एवमभ्यासयोगेन कामदेवसमो भवेत् ॥५९॥ |
atha śītkramakapālabhātiḥ। śītkṛtya pītvā vaktreṇa nāsānālairvirecayet। evamabhyāsayogena kāmadevasamo bhavet ॥59॥ |
SIT-KRAMA |
Suck water throug the mouth and expel it through the nostrils. By this practice of Yoga oue becomes like the god Cupid. |
