वारयेत्कोष्ठकाठिन्यमामजीर्णं निवारयेत्। कारणं कान्तिपुष्ट्योश्च वह्निमण्डल दीपनम् ॥४४॥ |
vārayetkoṣṭhakāṭhinyamāmajīrṇaṃ nivārayet। kāraṇaṃ kāntipuṣṭyośca vahnimaṇḍala dīpanam ॥44॥ |
MULA SODHANA, OR PURIFICATON OF THE RECTUM |
This destroys constipation, indigestion, and dyspepsia, and increases the beauty and vigour of the body and enkindles the sphere of the fire (i.e., the gastric juice). |
