वालशाकं कालशाकं तथा पटोलपत्रकम्। पंचशाकं प्रशंसीयात् वास्तुकं हिलमोचिकाम् ॥२०॥ |
vālaśākaṃ kālaśākaṃ tathā paṭolapatrakam। paṃcaśākaṃ praśaṃsīyāt vāstukaṃ hilamocikām ॥20॥ |
vegetable leaves |
He may eat green, fresh vegetables (balashaka), black vegetable (kal shak), leaves of Patola, the Vastuku shaka and Hima-lochika Shaka. These the five shaka (vegetable leaves) praised as fit for Yogis. |
