| तृतीयोध्यायः,-Tratiyóddhyāya, (Ch.-3, V.-89) |
नासाभ्यां रेचयेत् पश्चात् कुर्यादेवं पुनः पुनः। मातङ्गिनी परा मुद्रा जरामृत्युविनाशिनी ॥८९॥ |
nāsābhyāṃ recayet paścāt kuryādevaṃ punaḥ punaḥ। mātaṅginī parā mudrā jarāmṛtyuvināśinī ॥89॥ |
|
Then draw in the water through [the mouth and expel it through] the nostrils. Let one repeat this again and again. This is called Elephant-mudra, destroyer of decay and death. |
