अथ मातङ्गिनीमुद्राकथनम्। कण्ठमग्रे जले स्थित्वा नासाभ्यां जलमाहरेत्। मुखान्निर्गमयेत् पश्चात् पुनर्वक्त्रेण चाहरेत् ॥८८॥ |
atha mātaṅginīmudrākathanam। kaṇṭhamagre jale sthitvā nāsābhyāṃ jalamāharet। mukhānnirgamayet paścāt punarvaktreṇa cāharet ॥88॥ |
