नाभिं संवेष्ट्य वस्त्रेण न च नग्नो बहिस्थितः। गोपनीयगृहे स्थित्वा शक्ति चालनमभ्यसेत् ॥५२॥ |
nābhiṃ saṃveṣṭya vastreṇa na ca nagno bahisthitaḥ। gopanīyagṛhe sthitvā śakti cālanamabhyaset ॥52॥ |
|
Encircling thhe loins with a piece of the cloth, seated in a secret room, not naked in an outer room, let him practise the Saktichalana. |
