एवं नित्यं समाभ्यासाल्लम्बिकादीर्घतां ब्रजेत्। यावद्गच्छेद्भ्रुवोर्मध्ये तथा गच्छति खेचरी ॥२६॥ |
evaṃ nityaṃ samābhyāsāllambikādīrghatāṃ brajet। yāvadgacchedbhruvormadhye tathā gacchati khecarī ॥26॥ |

By practising this always, the tongue becomes long, and when it reaches the space between the two eyebrows, then the Khechari is accomplished. |
