अथ जालन्धर बन्धकथनम्। कण्ठ संकोचनं कृत्वा चिबुकं हृदयेन्यसेत्। जालन्धरे कृते बन्धे षोडशाधारबन्धनम्। जालन्धरं महामुद्रामृत्योश्चक्षय कारिणीं ॥१२॥ |
atha jālandhara bandhakathanam। kaṇṭha saṃkocanaṃ kṛtvā cibukaṃ hṛdayenyaset। jālandhare kṛte bandhe ṣoḍaśādhārabandhanam। jālandharaṃ mahāmudrāmṛtyoścakṣaya kāriṇīṃ ॥12॥ |
4.- JALANDHARA. |

Contracting the throat, place the chin on the chest. This is called Jalandhara. By this Bandha the sixteen Adharas are closed. This and the Maha-mudra destroy death. |
