अथ महामुद्राफलकथनम्। क्षयकांस गुदावर्त्तं प्लीहाजीर्णज्वरं तथा। नाशयेत्सर्वरागांश्च महामुद्रा च साधनात् ॥८॥ |
atha mahāmudrāphalakathanam। kṣayakāṃsa gudāvarttaṃ plīhājīrṇajvaraṃ tathā। nāśayetsarvarāgāṃśca mahāmudrā ca sādhanāt ॥8॥ |
Its benefits. |
The practice of Maha-mudra cures consumption, the obstruction of the bowels, the enlargement of the spleen, indigestion and fever – in fact it cures all diseases. |
