yathā = just as or how;
prōktam = taught or mentioned;
āyurvēdaṁ= Ayurveda;
prajāpati = Prajapati;
jagrāha = grasped;
nikhilēnā = totally or completely;
etavat = this much or so far;
aśvinau = Aswinis;
tu = though or still;
puna = again;
tataḥ = then or after that.
aśvibhyāṁ = from Awanis;
bhagavān = lord;
sakra = Synonym of Indra;
pratipēdē = promised;

CommentaryPrajapati was Brahma's servant. Nobody created Brahma, he is self-creating, self-originating. Such capacity is beyond the reach of human beings.
Prajapati did what Brahma instructed him to do, and then Indra did what Prajapati instructed him to do. Ayurveda, therefore, does not come from Atreya, or Bharadvaja, or Charaka, or Dhanvantri, or Shushrut. It comes from Brahma, who created the whole universe, including the god Indra.
Ayurveda comes from Brahma, the creator of the universe, the technology, the manual for how everything operates. He who created everything is Brahma, and Ayurveda is the science he had in his head. He created the whole universe, every cell, every element. He is the creator of the universe in its entirety.
Bharadvaja is considered to be a human being, but from Indra on up there are different levels of consciousness that human beings do not participate in. There are physical worlds and then there are worlds of awareness, of consciousness. Bharadvaja, however, was a human being who connected with Indra through consciousness. That means a human being in a physical world managed to connect with the greater consciousness.
The greater consciousness has no doubts. Doubts exist only in the human mind. Whenever doubts are added on to the greater consciousness, it becomes like a faucet that is not quite shut off, like when you close a water faucet but the water still drips through.
The vocabulary of the greater consciousness is very simple. Extensive vocabularies exist only in our human minds, and all they do is make a mess. When we have doubts, therefore, it means we are in our human minds, not in the greater consciousness.
