उपादानेऽखिलाधारे जगन्ति परमेश्वरे । सर्गस्थितिलयान् यान्ति बुद्बुदानीव वारिणि ॥ ८॥

Upadane Akhilaadhare Jaganti Paramesware Sarga sthiti Layaanyanti Budbudaaneeva Vaarini

1 Upaadaane akhilaa-dhaare As the material cause and support of everything – 2 jaganti parameshware; in the supreme Self are bound all these worlds. 3 sarga-sthiti-layaan yaanti In Him do they rise, exist and dissolve, 4 budbudaani iva vaarini. like bubbles in water!

As bubble are developed in water, the whole world is created, developed and destroyed by the Brahma and exists because of the very Brahma. The interesting thing is that Brahma is in the form of Pure Satchidananda and is like pure water. The bubble is this world which appears to have emanated from Brahma. But it has limited time of existence. As water bubble blows off to become absorbed in water, this world which is very very temporary remains for some time and is destroyed and absorbed in Brahma only.
