niṣkramaṇaṃ praveśanamityākāśasya liṅgam || 2.1.20 ||

Marks of Ether, according to Sāṅkhya philosophy


niṣkramaṇam—egress; praveśanam—ingress; iti—such; Ākāśasya. of hither liṅgam—mark.

Verse: Egress and Ingress—such is the mark (of the existence) of Ether.
