guṇa-karmasu—in Attributes and Actions; ca—and; bhāvāt—from Existence; na—not; karma—Action; na—not; Guṇaḥ Attribute.

Verse: And as it exists in Attributes and Actions, therefore it is neither Attribute nor Action.
