सत्यपि द्रव्यत्वे महत्त्वे रूपसंस्काराभावाद्वायोरनुपलब्धिः ॥ ४.१.७ ॥

satyapi dravyatve mahattve rūpasaṃskārābhāvādvāyoranupalabdhiḥ || 4.1.7 ||

Cause Of Non-Perception


sati—there being; api—even, in spite of; dravyatve—substance-ness, Mahatve, magnitude; rūpa—colour; saṃskāra—impression, evolution, reformation; abhāvāt—on account of the absence or non-existence of; vāyoḥ—of Air; anupalabdhiḥ—non-perception.

Verse: The non-perception of Air, in spite of there being subs-tance-ness and magnitude, is due to the non-existence of the evolution of colour.
