dhyāna heyāḥ tad-vr̥ttayaḥ ॥11॥ |
| dhyana = meditation heyah = to be overcome, reduced, abandoned, destroyed tat = that vrittayah = operations, activities, fluctuations, modifications, changes, or various forms of the mind-field |
Medidating (dhyana) on that which we wish to overcome eliminates such misconceptions that arise from human mutability (vritti). ||11| |
