| पञ्चमोध्यायः,-Pranayama, (Ch.-5, V.-89) |
तस्मात् प्राणे स्थिते देहे मरणं नैव जायते। वायुना घटसम्बन्धे भवेत् केवलकुम्भकम् ॥८९॥ |
tasmāt prāṇe sthite dehe maraṇaṃ naiva jāyate। vāyunā ghaṭasambandhe bhavet kevalakumbhakam ॥89॥ |
So long as breath remains in the body there is no death. When the full length, of the wind is all confined in the body, nothing being allowed to go out, it is Kevala Kumbhaka. |
