| पञ्चमोध्यायः,-Pranayama, (Ch.-5, V.-67) |
पुनः सूर्येण चाकृष्य कुम्भयित्वा यथाविधि। रेचयित्वा साधयेत्तु क्रमेण च पुनः पुनः ॥६७॥ |
punaḥ sūryeṇa cākṛṣya kumbhayitvā yathāvidhi। recayitvā sādhayettu krameṇa ca punaḥ punaḥ ॥67॥ |
Let him again draw the air through the right nostril, retaining it, as taught above, and exhale it again. Let him do this again and again. In this process, the air is always inspired through the Surya-nadi. |
